Pioneer Hall

Saginaw Valley State University,University Center
Saginaw, Michigan

Pioneer Hall is the oldest building on the Saginaw Valley State University Campus. This project renovated and added to the existing building. Site development and planting seamlessly blended the expanded building into its campus setting. Working with Wigen, Tincknell, Meyer and Associates, architects, we developed design plans and construction documents for the grounds around the renovated and expanded Pioneer Hall. Parking was expanded to satisfy increased use demands. Pedestrian circulation was designed to serve the building and connect to the existing pedestrian network.
